Welcome to my practice!
I am committed to helping you create the change you want in your life in an environment of safety and trust. Therapy is an opportunity to identify your core values and use this insight to create guiding principles towards change. While we can't undo difficult situations of the past, we can unearth long-standing patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful and fulfilling life. We will explore how our mind, emotions and our bodies are impacted by stress, and apply complementary, individualized therapy approaches to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. My style is relational, collaborative, reflective and informal. Our work will include identifying your own resilience and resources, and building on your strengths to achieve your goals. I incorporate family of origin, narrative, attachment and trauma informed perspectives as a foundation for my work.
